Brief intake call to review fit
5 interactive 75-minute sessions
Free follow-up parent call
💡 Spaces are limited! Even if you can’t make this session, register your interest—another group may be scheduled depending on demand.
Step 1: Express Interest / Screening Form
This form is the first step to learning more about the group and scheduling a brief intake call with me (Kristi). Completing this form does not guarantee a spot.
Next Steps:
Fill out the screening form below with your child’s info and goals for the group.
You can book your intake call immediately through my online booking page or wait for me to reach out via email.
After the intake call, you’ll receive instructions to pay the deposit and secure your spot.
Step 1: Group Interest and Screening Form
Sometimes the most powerful part of therapy is realizing you’re not alone.
In a small group setting, children and parents alike can connect with others who truly get it — and find encouragement, support, and relief in knowing they're in it together.
Groups and Workshops at Courageous Counselling are designed to:
Help kids practice emotional and social skills in a fun, supportive setting
Give parents tools and community to feel less isolated and more empowered
Provide practical strategies you can use right away
Groups are kept intentionally small for personal attention, offered virtually for convenience, and created based on what families need most.
