   The content on this Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Using this Site does not establish a therapeutic relationship with Kristi Forbes or Courageous Counselling and Play Therapy.

These services operate under their own privacy policies and terms, and Courageous Counselling and Play Therapy is not responsible for their content, security, or practices.
   

5. Privacy and Communication
   

• Please avoid sending personal health information via contact forms or regular email. Email is used only for administrative purposes (e.g., scheduling, inquiries).

• Text messaging is not used to communicate with clients.

1. Applicable Law
   These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario.
   

2. Severability
   If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed void and severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
   

3. Changes to These Terms
   We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time to maintain legal compliance or reflect operational changes. Updated Terms will be posted on the Site, and users will be notified by email when possible. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
